How To Make:
1. Rub the lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the chicken. Leave it for 10 minutes to absorb it.
2. Preheat a 12" electric skillet to 230 degrees Celsius. Try it with water.
3. Position the chicken with the bone down. Set the timer for 30 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn the chicken over.
4. Cook again for 15 minutes. Lift. Serve with salsa (see page 207).
Tips:
-If cooking using frozen chicken, increase the cooking time by 5 minutes.
-Use a good stainless steel skillet to get the best cooking results.
