Tools: 11” Large Skillet, Saladmachine
Ingredient:
1 tbsp | Oil |
50 gr | Onions, coarsely chopped |
3 clove | Garlic, finely chopped |
1 pcs | Chicken Egg |
150 gr | White rice / brown rice / brown rice |
100 gr | Carrots cut with Saladmachine cone #2 |
1 pcs | Green onions, thinly sliced |
1 tsp | Sweet soy sauce |
1 tsp | Salt |
1/4 tsp | White pepper |
How to make:
1. Heat oil in an 11” Large Skillet. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add eggs, and cook scrambled.
2. Add rice, carrots, and scallions, and stir well. Cover the pot, and let stand for ± 3 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir well. Lift, serve.
