Ingredient:
White Rice Rice:
1 Cup of white rice
1 1/2 Cups of water
How to make:
1. Wash the rice thoroughly, and drain in a colander.
2. Put rice and water into 1 1/2 Qt Sauce Pan, and cook over medium heat.
3. After the vapor valve clicks, reduce the heat. Cook until cooked (15 minutes
for white rice or 30 minutes for red, brown, and black rice). Turn off the fire, and lift
from the stove.
4. Leave it closed until cooked. (10 minutes for white rice,
30 minutes for brown, brown, and black rice). Serve.
Tip: Before cooking brown and brown rice, soak them overnight in water. For a milder result, add the soaking water with a little apple cider vinegar. For maximum results, how many minutes to cook rice? for white rice, it takes 15 minutes and for brown rice, it takes 30 minutes.
