Tools: 9" Braiser Pan or Stainless Pan
Ingredients:
6 clove | Garlic, crushed |
150 gr | Onion cut lengthwise |
150 gr | Cauliflower cut into pieces |
100 gr | Carrots cut oblique |
100 gr | Ear mushrooms, cut into pieces |
75 gr | Cabbage cut into pieces |
200 gr | Green mustard cut into pieces |
200 gr | Chicory cut-into pieces |
1 1/2 tbsp | nutritional yeast |
1/2 tbsp | Salty soy sauce |
1 tsp | Salt |
1/4 tsp | White pepper powder |
250 ml | Vegetable Broth (See page 57) |
2 pcs | Green onion, sliced oblique |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
How to make:
1. Heat a 9" Braiser Pan. Without oil, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Sauté until half wilted.
3. Add the cabbage, and all the mustard greens, and stir well.
4. Add nutritional yeast soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth. Cook with a closed stainless pan until the vapor valve clicks. Turn down the fire.
6. Add sesame oil and scallions, and stir well. Lift, serve.
