Bahan:
1 pcs | Chicken Eggs |
1 tbsp | Water & Ice |
How to make:
1. Put eggs and water in a Sauce Pot 1 Qt, cook with the pot covered until
the vapor valve clicks.
2. Lower the heat, and continue to cook for 5-6-7 minutes. Turn off the fire.
3. Remove the eggs, and order in a Salad Bowl filled with water and ice. Wait until the eggs are warm,
peel, and serve.
Tip:
• When soaking, the water must be icy. This technique is used for the private
cooking process so that the egg shells are easy to peel.
• 1 Qt Sauce Pan can boil up to 12 eggs.
For each addition of 1 egg, add 1 tablespoon of water.
• For hard-boiled eggs (well-cooked), boil for 7 minutes. For Ñ / 4 cooked 6 minutes,
for 1/2 cooked 5 minutes.
• Unpeeled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
