Oriental Fish Steam

(For 4 Servings)

 

Tools: Big Skillet 11 ”, Sauce Pot 1 Qt

Ingredient :

600 gr Fresh grouper fish, gutted, smeared with salt
50 gr Onion, cut into matchsticks
4 sticks green onions, finely sliced
2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
4 tbsp Sesame oil

 

Topping:

2 sticks coriander leaves, pick the leaves
2 cm ginger, sliced into thin matchsticks
1 stick spring onions, thinly sliced oblique
1 pcs red chili, thinly sliced oblique

 

How to make:

 

1. Heat an 11” Large Skillet for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Arrange the onions, and place the fish on it in a standing position. Add the scallions and ginger.

2. Cover the pot, and cook until the vapor valve clicks. Continue to cook until the fish is cooked (± 8 minutes).

3. Take the wilted onions, green onions, and ginger.

4. Three minutes before the fish is cooked, heat the sesame oil with 1 Qt Sauce Pan. After the fish is cooked, turn off the heat. Drizzle fish with hot sesame oil.

5. Give the topping ingredients, and serve while warm.
