Ingredient :
600 gr | Fresh grouper fish, gutted, smeared with salt |
50 gr | Onion, cut into matchsticks |
4 sticks | green onions, finely sliced |
2 cm | ginger, thinly sliced |
4 tbsp | Sesame oil |
Topping:
2 sticks | coriander leaves, pick the leaves |
2 cm | ginger, sliced into thin matchsticks |
1 stick | spring onions, thinly sliced oblique |
1 pcs | red chili, thinly sliced oblique |
How to make:
1. Heat an 11” Large Skillet for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Arrange the onions, and place the fish on it in a standing position. Add the scallions and ginger.
2. Cover the pot, and cook until the vapor valve clicks. Continue to cook until the fish is cooked (± 8 minutes).
3. Take the wilted onions, green onions, and ginger.
4. Three minutes before the fish is cooked, heat the sesame oil with 1 Qt Sauce Pan. After the fish is cooked, turn off the heat. Drizzle fish with hot sesame oil.
5. Give the topping ingredients, and serve while warm.
