Tools: 9” Small Skillet
Ingredient:
1 pcs (1cup) | banana, mash |
4 pcs | fresh dates, chopped |
4 pcs | chicken eggs, beat off |
1 tbsp | honey |
85 gr (3/4 cup) | coconut flour |
60 ml (3/4 cup) | coconut oil |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | ground cinnamon |
Topping:
4 pcs | dates, remove seeds, halved |
How to make:
1. Mix bananas and dates, and stir well. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
2. Grease a 9” Small Skillet (Stainless Steel Frying Pan) with oil. Pour the dough, and arrange the dates on top of the dough. Pot lid.
3. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove from the stove.
4. Open the lid of the pot. Wipe off any moisture that gets on the inside of the lid. Close again, and let stand for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from skillets. Cut into pieces, and serve.
